We were thrilled to have Mike’s parents come up for a quick visit! Not only did it give them a chance to see Noah and Amelia, but they offered to babysit so Mike and I could go on our first date since Amelia was born. It was so nice to go out and enjoy some great food and wine at one of our favorite spots. We had a great end to our evening when we went to the local sports bar after dinner to watch the 9th inning of the Giants game. It was fun to be somewhere with so much excitement about the Giants moving onto the World Series!

Since starting school, Noah has wanted to add the “Pledge of Allegiance” to his bedtime routine. It‘s so cute how he enunciates each word; I had to post a video to share.
Last week, Mike had a meeting he couldn’t miss so Amelia got to go to the studio with me and help train her first client. I couldn’t help myself, so I dressed her up in her own workout gear which included little pink sneakers. She slept through most of the session but she got a little “core” work in during her tummy time the last ten minutes.
